Hi Hank, thanks for the detailed and optimistic feedback:-)
I have hesitated in front of a wxpython a bit too long. Because of this transition to 3.x that would not come. Of course the tide is now on QT-based alternatives. I am quite keen on the open-source model. Not so much on the free software when it comes to tools that require a LOT of attention such as wxwidgets, QT or anything similar. What a hell of a job!
Quite disappointed that wxpython did not enter a route similar to pyqt when it comes to licensing.n i-ie open source+payment. Wxpython could certainly have moved much faster with a bit of money, that is decently compensating for Robin works. He deserved it!
