Hello,
A customer recently moved my app to a new VM (I think Windows Server 2016). Now, almost every day they get errors of reading some .CDX files. Specific files are SDTUSER.CDX and SDTMeta.CDX. These files are part of the Stonefield SFQuery (older version). Occasionally the error points to reading error on the APP.DCT (which is the main application database containers, which is also used by the SFQuery). The error says "Error reading 'file name'"
What should I or ask the customer IT to loot at, in order to minimize these errors?
TIA
