Bill, this guy sounds like the type of person I love to call a "hot dogger". Meaning they know more buzz words then they have experience, & that they never take the time to know their craft well. IOW they get caught up in being able to talk-the-talk and eventually forget how to put one foot in front of the other. But this has been a great thread, and you've gotten alot of good solid stuff on how to get this hot dogger to back up his proposition. In my experience, if you make the hot dogger *physically* back up his top-of-head theory (i.e. a demostration, presentation, request for info) and you just sit back and listen with that "yeah right" look & smile, they usually fall short in their own eyes and quickly switch sides to save face.

Good Luck, thanks for the great thread, and make sure you tell us how this all plays out! :)
