Hi,

I am using MS Outlook from Office 365. The application is up-to-date, as far as I can see in the settings. This is Outlook desktop.

Since some time ago (a couple of months, I would say) the Move feature became very slow. Here is how I use the Move feature. I have several external PST file in my outlook (e.g. Personal.pst, Business.pst, Customers.pst). Once in a while I move emails from the main Outlook.pst into one of these other .psts. I click on the Move pull-down -> Other Folder (on the top menu of Outlook) and it shows me all my external pst files.

But since that moment (that I can't point), when I click on Move -> Other Folders it takes about 10 seconds until I see the window "Move items" with all the files and folders. It used to be almost instantaneous.

I looked everywhere in Outlook to see if there is an index or some setting. But could not find it.

What else could be causing this slowness in Outlook "finding" all PST and opening the dialog "Move items"?
