I've looked in history, and specifically under the API section. I am wondering how/what API would be used to cycle through all active windows for a given application. Since the FindWindow requires an exact name of the window title, that may not be known
ex: Word - MyDocument 1 vs Word - MyDocument 2...

Any help would be appreciated..
