>>All possibly true. I still think there is a chance he just wants to hide he is mostly a con man, having wealth, but a far cry from the multi-billion image shown to the public for years - which would end any hopes of being elected (again). Couple that with having millions transfered from his dad, it might show his biz acumen to be less than stellar.
Might well be. The exerpt of his tax records leaked and published with great sensation showed a huge profit, but you'd have to wonder who leaked it.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
