We do not know what Muller has, you do not know what Schiff thinks (and it does not matter what he thinks anyway), just because someone else uses the wrong word does not mean you have to as well, the dossier is not what started the Muller investigation, there is more to why Sessions had to recuse himself than what you're saying, and the last point is so far out of touch with reality and the understanding of how the American government works and the laws of the USA that I don't want to give you an entire American Government class.
