>>So.. how many times was HRC indicted for the high crimes and misdemeanors so eloquently enumerated here?
>>At Trump rallies the predominant chant was, "LOCK HER UP!!!"

In fairness, nobody knew then that her campaign and party had colluded with foreigners to create a pee pee dossier. Nor did they know it was weaponized to spy on the Trump campaign. On the illegal email server, Comey announced he had decided to give her a pass because mishandling classified information wasn't on purpose (sparing the AG who would have had difficulty with such a construction) and immunity had already been granted to most of the participants so even when government emails were discovered on Carlos Danger's notebook (carefully secured by putting them in a folder labeled "insurance") there was no consequence. Contrast with the frothing because Trump jr was interested to receive dirt on HRC personally rather than by intermediary.

>>So.. what happened to all those egregious offenses?
>>The last I saw, she was making millions from books and speeches.

Indeed. But then Trump has also been indicted and impeached more often than the entire incarcerated population, and he's still giving quite good speeches too... and still your President. ;-)
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
