One of my daughters is using Google hangouts. I did talk to her once on Hangouts (she is in school in Michigan). And it was ok. I may have to start learning it and ask my Skype contacts to learn it too.
Today I wrote a very nasty feedback message to MS about Skype. I am sure they will carefully read it and consider making the changes :)
