Allow me to de-censor: here's my only comment about Obama. According to you, it's an accusation that Obama wanted to attack North Korea.

In fairness, Obama had other things to say on manufacturing and employment that I agree with 100%. However, repatriation of manufacturing jobs was achievable by reducing regulation, aligning tax rates with similar economies abroad, and reciprocating if foreign states use government power to tilt the table.
