You'll no doubt also have something to say about my buying muni's as legal a way to avoid paying federal and states taxes on the interest even though thee yields on muni's generally lower than taxable bonds to account for their tax advantages.
To that I say, I'll never criticize someone for picking up an honest buck when it's there for the picking.
I do, however question tax laws that allow Mitt Romney to pay a lower rate on earned income that my kids do. That's not Mitt's problem.
It's the tax law's.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
