Marijuana is already legal in Mexico - kind of. They will soon (very very soon) be fully legal. And remember - while they will be first Latin American country to fully legalize weed, it for sure won’t be the last, Columbia decriminalized it along with Chile both of which have medical marijuana and of course Uruguay in front of everyone else. Of course Mexico also borders USA states where it's legal - so obviously the Mexico government needs to legalize it and take the money out of the hands of the cartels. I'm suspect the Mexican government was pissed that California legalized it while in the meantime they've been pressured by the USA government to take on the ignorant 'war on drugs' (which has left a zillion Mexicans dead as a result from the cartels) only to later see California make it legal..
It is a gold mine for those who jump on the bandwagon first. (there is a good investment tip lol).
