My doctor has made some comments along those lines (more subtle, but yes)

What's sad - the physician practice where I go....I often see people smoking outside, who are actual patients there. And some of them smell like a damn chimney.

Obviously, I had to make significant changes two years ago, so I can't be too judgmental - but I will never get the smoking thing.

My wife and I are both members of the pink lung society - and we're raising our daughter to make damn sure the only cigarette she ever tries is a candy one.
