The line's top handle is placed over the top grey line of PageHeader. Placing it one pixel higher (make the line 1 pixel longer): no effect still covering the other bands.
Also tried to make the line one pixel shorter with the top one pixel higher: just covering the first record.
I know it is a matter of one pixel to get the desired result, but which side and how hig must the line be?
This is one of those things you know it should be possible as done before and you cant get it worked correctly.
