Seriously, she's not very bright. I hardly think she was even bright enough to do what the conservative outlets are saying. I think this was her inexperience more than anything else.
Bear in mind, the Obama campaign got hit with HUGE fines from the FEC from the 2008 election.....and yet it was still a civil and not criminal issue.
