>>>re waiting for indictment: if you used the described tactic to evade tax in the USA, you'd be indicted for sure. But FEC is an eccentric beast so lets wait and see... though this one seems more egregious than previous high-profile examples that copped just a fine.

>>>Not sure the DNC understands the precedent it sets there or who they'll be compared to after banning Fox from their 2020 primary coverage. Assuming Fox doesn't seek an overturn in court, CNN is an immediate obvious retaliation after presidential debate questions were fed to HRC's campaign in advance last time, and it will be a lot harder to squall next time Trump un-invites an unruly reporter from his official home if the DNC can veto an entire network. Maybe Trump will be forced to ban CNN completely next time Acosta plays up.

That is a problem too if that CNN moderator was Donna Brazile. I don't think you can fairly compare CNN to FOX. While CNN and MSNBC do obviously do their stories from a left-leaning perspective, they do at least present the stories -- whereas FOX simply doesn't show any stories that don't lean towards the right or match their narrative. A good example of this was recently when some solders were killed in Syria the day after Trump said we'd won and he was brining the troops home. CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, BBC,NPR, etc etc etc all had stories about the soldiers right on the front page of their websites - some at the very top of the first page. FOX news had a little 2 line blurb about it way down at the bottom past a bunch of entertainment news and stuff. So it's not so much that FOX's news comes from a right leaning perspective -- they simply do not report all the news. Omission is part of the FOX news reporting strategy and that is a problem as it gives their viewers a very skewed view of reality...and FOX news likes to say that everyone hates America.
