Hi,

I have a couple of customers where the VFP 9 application cannot open the CHM help. This is not the problem where the network blocks the file (I forgot how to define it where the CHM file would show without any content).
In these cases I RDP to the server and copy the CHM to the local temp folder. Then from the VFP application when I press on F1 or go to the Help -> Open Application Help file, nothing happens. Not even the frame of the CHM file is open.
I asked the customer IT to check if their AV maybe blockin the .CHM type files. He wrote, no.

What else could be blocking/disabling a CHM file?

UPDATE. What kind of code I can insert in my program (for testing) to see that the application does indeed try to open the .CHM file?
