You have to play with the
_screen.Visible = .t.
and
_screen.windowState

Properties.
I don't document the right way, but in our APP it works the way you want ;)

I think:
config.fpw
screen=off

in the main Program we set
_screen.Visible = .t.
_screen.windowState=2

So it looks good ;)
