Hi Dimitry.

If you want can double click on each field and in the General tab of the Field properties dialog you can see the control's position and width and just type in the exact placement you want.

Also, if want to change the grid or the units (inch or cm) that the report is being designed in you can use the Properties option from the Report menu option. From there the Ruler & Grid tab lets you control the units and the grid. If you need exact field positioning (e.g. to match a pre-printed form) you might want to turn "Snap to grid" off.
