Cost probably, because it was easy to get it connected with drivers written on wireless USB hardware. It would also reach more devices, and not everything has bluetooth.

I use an IBM KPD8923 keyboard. Best keyboard IBM ever made for overall utility. I still prefer the IBM Model-M and Model-F keyboard for their buckling spring feel. This one is a very good keyboard though, and not clicky:
