Hi,
A customer has a network printer (I know the printer name) on the VM server. The printer (physically) is in one of the departments. Everything was working fine until the local IT changed the printer IP. My program prints to the printer name (not IP). I am trying to change the IP assigned to the printer on this VM. The Google search says:
•Start -> Printers and Faxes, or Start -> Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes
•Right-click the printer name, and left-click Properties
•Click the Ports tab, and widen the first column which displays IP address of the printers
But I don't see the IP there and therefore cannot change it.
Any suggestions?
