Have daily stand-ups, 2 week long sprints, Monday sprint planning (when new sprint starts), once or twice per week story time, on Friday once in two weeks (tomorrow for me) sprint demo. Have you found the documentation been cut consideraly? Has there been a decrease in management towards those projects compare to traditional environments?
