I know that Agnes Varda was born in Belgium. So, she must be speaking a Belgian french (not that I can tell the difference). But I was wondering, does the guy - the interviewer - speak French of France or Belgium? If French is your native language you can probably hear it during the first 1 minute (no need to watch the entire interview)
