I created this several years ago and just came across it again today.

It's a high resolution timer capable of firing up to about 100,000 times per second.

I haven't used it since then. It uses one CPU core for dedicated timing, so it should be used sparingly, but it does allow for high resolution activities. You could sample CD quality sound at 44,100 Hz responding in VFP to the timing events, for example.
