I will try including CoreMeta.dbf and DbcxReg.dbf into the .EXE

Although I found that I cannot do it with the SDTMeta.DBF My application, on updating itself, tries to update the SDTMeta and I get a message that cursor is read only. So, I will exclude it from the project for now.
