PS everyone- Looks like I got this one worked out. The problem looks like the compile problem with the .fxp of utility.prg. It does not look like I need to set proc to utility in startcb. It is not needed. The reason it worked was I set proc to utility.prg which I don't think needs the .fxp at that point. But basically the ultimate solution was to delete the utility.fxp and then recompile utility.prg. Kevin, let me know if there is anything I am missing regarding this. Thanks!! Todd Albers
