I have been using it for a long time and I think it is reliable, in fact more reliable than using it from within VFP itself.

PS: I saw your reply about using cast(... as Blob), that is needed because of how C# handles the strings. Not a fault of VFP. VFP can have any character in a string while C# strings cannot.
