Left unchecked, governments fixated on capitalism inevitably become oligarchic and favor the very rich.
The reforms of TR and FDR have been all but erased.

My wealth and KG's only belong to us because the respective government levels say they do.
Further, they protect our rights to that wealth with armed force if necessary.
If they didn't we'd lose the wealth in heartbeat.
