You have to pay to use services such as SendGrid. Is it possible to upgrade your plan at your ISP so you have a higher limit of emails / hour, or unlimited?

If you can't get SendGrid to "work", what exactly have you tried? Where are SendGrid's instructions for what you're supposed to be doing?
