Windows Tiles are not so easy to set up. It takes some HTML and a few other things to do this.

However, I think those things are on their way out. Do you EVER look at any of that at all? The only apps that do this are Windows Store (UWP) generally because it's a requirement and built into that platform, but even there it's been going away. Tiles have been de-emphasized more and more in favor of the search bar experience.

Not really worth bothering with IMHO.
