Are you using an ad blocker? Make sure you don't make the restrictions too strong.

Otherwise Edge works fine. Try launching in safe mode (without any addins) and see what you get. Definitely works. I don't use old Edge (pre-Chromium) for anything but testing but it definitely accepts cookies.

But I can get on here and you definitely use cookies :-)
