I wanted to just put this out on the thread, because we have seen a rash of really weird data issues within the last couple weeks. Most of these are ones where data and/or indexes become corrupted with no apparent explanation.

Our software is very mature and we have code that has been running for many years with only the usual minor data issues relevant to VFP. But it just seems that within the last week or two we've had a bunch at once.

One that seems like it could be caused by a MS update is the following:

But we still saw this same issue on a 2008 R2 server.

I could go into more details, but I was just wanting to first see if anyone has had any similar experiences lately.
