I'm sure others have done this also.
I use the fact that the framework is a third party framework as a large asset and as a selling point for my services. If my company should go out of business or my client just wants to dump me, my client can easily find a replacement VFP programmer that already knows the framework and will be up to speed much quicker. This is true no matter who's third party framework is used as long as it is one the major players.
This would not be true if I was using a framework of my own. We all know what it's like to take over somebody else's code. Using a framework pretty much forces me to stay within the concept of the framework, at least if I want to save time.
