Yes, this was in reference to the latency. It is only when trying to troubleshoot that that, when viewing the Error lors, that some logs were found about the disk.

The Windows Update thing has been there for a very long time. During that timeframe, I had several PC and laptops and it was always the same. So, I doubt I would have had the same issue on all those PC and laptops. For that part, I saw it from two different situations. Either there are Windows Updates in pending waiting to be installed or the install was done but pending reboot.

I will look more into the Event Viewer. I have been working on that for a while from a VM environment related issue. Having it locally is kind of weird.
