I am trying to tell Word to use a special character when I use one. When I type the quote, Word uses ’. I would like to have the direct quote such as '. I went into File/Options/Proofing/Auto correct options and added the conversion. For an unknown reason, when I type the quote, it is not replacing with the one I want.
