Yep, that's it. I tend to be a heavy user of emoticons. I'm always afraid I'm going to offend someone who didn't realize I was joking.
I've caught up a few times when I was really bored and actually was refreshing everytime it said there was a new message. Desperate for entertainment, I guess. :)
