By chance, or so they claimed, my parents named my elder brothers Héctor and Horacio, so when my sister was born, they "realized" that both started with an 'H' so they named her Helena and of course they kept going with me, so you would probably choke if meet my family! :)

But you are right, do not know in other languages, but in Spanish the H is most of the time silent so, what's the point?
