Crystal Reports XI R2 Is still for sale and still one of the best tools out there.
That version does play along well with VFP9. We have integrated that with our VFP9 application
As a suggestion for other reporting tools: the only one I've used is the VFP standard reporting, but that did not meet my needs at the time (before significant enhancements were made in VFP9)
