Yes.

For example, for the VFP Advanced 32-bit setup program, it only need the following files:
vfpasetup.exe
vfpasetup.dll
msvcr70.dll
msvcr71.dll

for the VFP Advanced 64-bit setup program, it only need the following files:
vfpasetup.exe
vfpasetup.dll
msvcr100.dll

So I think the executable file compiled with VFP C++ Compiler is close to the executable file compiled with Visual C++ or other compilers.
