I have a VFP9 app that I created to kill all processes that we typically run in our apps. It works if I double-click the icon. If I create a shortcut on the desktop and assign a hotkey to Ctrl+Alt+Numpad- and it works. But when I'm running vfp9.exe it won't launch by the hotkey. I have to double-click the icon.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?
