>Most desktops of that era did not have built-in BlueTooth. It looks like that one did not, there's no mention of BlueTooth in either the technical guide, or the Intel Q77 Express chipset on which the computer is based:

Ah, well, that could explain which Windows does not show it in Device Manager and in Devices and Printers.
