>I presume you also selected the "Show Hidden Devices" option in Device Manager (IIRC prior to Windows 10 you also need to define the environment variable devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices and set the value to 1 for the "show hidden devices" to actually do anything) to see if there are any "greyed-out" items?

Thanks, I just enabled that option and, yes, Bluetooth is still not showing.
