I know I am a bit late for the party as Tore already sent you the driver and Cetin not only hinted at Cursoradapter, but mentioned Advantage ODBC driver as well ;-)
ADS driver tested a bit: GREAT if used single instance, multi-user dbf access markedly slower -
perhaps some internal tweaks disabling SMB2/oplocks gotchas often happening on unpatcged systems -
did not look deep, as best practice for multi-user remote write is C/S, not .dbf.
Other tip:
search for wOOdy and his runtime installer - packs most of the things not found at MS sites any more in a single file easy to deploy ;-)
