Meanwhile all those othered by the likes of Rachel Maddow as "deplorable" or "racist" or Covington schoolboy or MAGA assaulter of Jussie Smollett, might agree with you that the othering tactic is dangerous.

Every time your "schlubs" decide to act out the fantasy and (for example) try to assassinate Rebublican senators playing basketball, of course it's dangerous. Even hinting that somebody is a Nazi or even just an enabler is dangerous in this "punch a nazi" era when historical predictions about fascism coming to the US calling itself anti-fascism, have come true.

As long as the price is comparable, why shouldn't they stay at a Trump property that's in the business of renting space to all-comers. I haven't investigated, but perhaps it's balanced out by other government people who refuse to stay at his properties out of spite.

If Trump ever is disgusting enough to rent out the Lincoln bedroom, let me know. Not holding my breath. But if people choose to stay at his properties which he insists isn't at his direction or with his knowledge? What do you suppose he's meant to do?

When you voted for Trump, you always said you had to hold your nose but you saw the alternative as worse. Surely you remember why HRC was the candidate after Bernie was shafted by the DNC and HRC campaign, which we only knew because a henchman's email was hacked? Ditto the DNC operative who betrayed the electorate by sneaking debate questions to HRC; revealed the same way. Ditto the vicious "pee pee dossier" political hit on Trump. These people know no bounds in pursuit of power, so how confident can you be this time that it's all above board and the best candidate will win?
