Now imagine if it happened in some of the countries where they apply the law-by-precedent. They'd start adding the limitations to what you may or may not do on a business trip, a whole industry of lawyers inventing more and more foolproof waivers, disclaimers and EULAs would arise. A whole new breed of ambulance chasers would finance their childrens' PhDs on this issue.
