>Excel offers a lot of paste possibilities. However, I cannot find a way to paste a formula as is into several cells. For example, I have a label, which is replicated from one original cell. This is replicated across multiple cells. The closest thing I have seen is a paste which links to the point of origin of the cell itself. I am looking of =A355 to appear as =A355 on copied cells.

I may be misunderstanding.

If you're doing it manually, you just select a range and paste with one operation. If you're looking to anchor the original value in all cases, paste into the first, change the related cells to something like $A$1 to lock it, then copy that one, select the range, and paste from that one.
