years ago I worked with Volker Stamme. He developed in vfp and C++, but went to London quite a few years ago. He knew enough on TX to hold a session in the German vfp conference...

Have not kept contact, but a quick Google found him on LinkedIn, still in London.
He is the one with the glasses, not the one with the long ears ;-)
