Unfortunately not, my problem appears to be the exact opposite of yours. My preview is fine - it's the print that's the problem. Interestingly (to me anyway....) if I drive the Epson printer we have in the office (an LQ-2070) with the 9 pin print driver - it screws up in exactly the same way as the FX. Unsurprisingly - if I drive it as an LQ - it works perfectly.

I was thinking it was a hardware problem related to the FX that the client is using - but it does appear to be a problem with the windows print driver.

I'll look around for other versions of epson9.drv (I think that's the file with the problem - though it may be the uni-driver...) - but any other suggestions would be appreciated.
