Hello all,

I'm using Twilio to send SMS. So far so good. I'd like to take this to the next step and that is to let the person receiving an SMS reply to it so I can act accordingly to the reply.

For example appointment management

I want to send an SMS that could like like this

"Hello! This SMS is to remind you that you have an appointment tomorrow.

Reply 0 to cancel, 1 to confirm"
And then I want to be able to do the follow up.

Suggestions?

Other that their documentation online, have you checked this on out?
