But the page is not showing (pretty much blank). I am using IE 11. I tried to use Chrome but it won't allow me to log into the Apple Developer site because of Security of the Chrome (I get the message Privacy Error ....)

>>In Firefox I can view the properties of the SSL cert Apple uses to secure that site (see attached image). If you can view the certificate you're seeing when you try to connect, you can compare it to that.

>>
>>1. HTTPS Proxy: is your system configured to use an HTTPS proxy i.e. those requests go to an intermediate host (e.g. a security appliance on your network) which then forwards them to the requested site? This *should* work seamlessly but glitches can cause connection errors like you're seeing
>>
>>2. DNS poisoning. This is something caused by malware. Your DNS server settings get changed to a DNS server controlled by a hacker. When your browser requests developer.apple.com the hacker returns an address to a different site which can be used to try to compromise your computer via Javascript attacks, or put up a phishing page trying to gather user names and passwords. This is where your browser protects you: any SSL cert on a hacked site cannot be issued to the real developer.apple.com, so the certs don't match and you get the kinds of errors you're seeing.
>>
>>Please run [nslookup developer.apple.com] (without the square brackets) in a CMD window. This will tell you the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses returned by your DNS server for that domain. My result is

The first line "Name" should probably be the same for you, though - that's the DNS A record which the alias developer.apple.com is pointing to.

>>3. Allowed connection types. When I connected to the Apple site, it was a TLS 1.3 connection. That type is relatively new and recommended for clients (i.e. browsers) that support it. You could check your browser settings to make sure TLS 1.3 connections are allowed. If you're using Chrome and you haven't messed with those settings then it should be enabled and "just work".

>Thank you very much. I will try all your suggestions and let you know if I can get in the site.

Another possibility just occurred to me - some security suites have browser add-ins. Are the error messages you're seeing native Chrome warnings, or are they 3rd-party warnings from an add-in? If you have any such add-in try disabling it.
